PROF. NILIMA BHAGABATI

Born in a middle-class family in Assam on 5th.January, 1950. Blessed to be youngest daughter of an Educationist who was the disciple and student of Basic Education under Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of Nation. Mother was the daughter of a great teacher and cultural activist of Assam, late Indreswar Barthakur of Jorhat Assam. My Mother played the most significant role in nurturing and teaching arts and crafts during my childhood. From parents, I developed values and discipline and living in joint family system in early years of life developed love, respect, sharing, caring and to lead an ethical life.
